The property was perfect, we only stayed for 1 night as it was just a stop over before taking the boat to Ios. The room was more than adequate for what we wanted, if you were staying for longer you might want a slightly larger room, the bathroom might feel a little small for a longer stay. The hotel is on the front of the caldera, you don’t have a view but it’s only a few steps from the view, absolutely perfect if you want to be in the heart of Fira. I would stay again and recommend to anyone.

This place was INCREDIBLE! The real life views are just as good, if not better, than the pictures. My jaw dropped when I walked in and saw how amazing of a view it was. Room was super clean and cave style which was also very cool, and the hot tub in the balcony was really amazing. Panos, the host, was also just so great. I came as a solo traveler and he made sure I had everything I needed, booked a car rental for me, was always super responsive, and really helped me out when my ferry to another island got cancelled. I stayed in another hotel nearby for one night after, and I will say that at Modernity you get a lot more privacy and quiet than other places nearby despite being right in Fira. I miss this place already!

Nemesis is a great place to stay. The location is close to everything, it’s very clean and the breakfast, even though it’s included, is « à la carte » and just delicious. The two employees, Lia and Jacob, are so nice and friendly and always happy to help out with whatever we need. I recommend this place without hesitation.

The perfect place to stay in Fira or all Santorini Island, it's located perfectly in the entrance of Fira but far from the noisy places. The room is so clean and comfortable, you have everything you need and more, all with good quality amenities. The welcoming from the manager was professional with clear instructions. We felt so good. And of course, this view specifically from the rooftop is just incredible, you can see all the Island, Fira, Oia, Akrotiri..it's just a dream and by night with a bottle of wine... For this price, don't spend more looking for views and luxury, in this place you'll be in love with this special Island.

    The stuff if very nice and helpful. The place is very beautiful, clean, neat and has everything the one needs during a stay. This is a new apart hotel and you can feel how the owners try to please the guests and anticipate all their wishes. The location is near the center, but at the same time slightly off the main attractions, which is good since you can take a rest far from the boiling nightlife. It is pricey but worth the money.

    From the moment we arrived we were made to feel welcomeI.The staff were very friendly & helpful. Giving us helpful tips on where to go & what to do. The pool and the facilities were second to none. The sun loungers were the most comfortable I have ever been on. The place is spotless and everyone seems to take pride in their work.The self catering apartment was ideal for us. It was clean , comfy beds and within walking distance of Fira. I would highly recommend this place .
