We had a great stay at Bisma. Room is clean, has good facilities, air con works, breakfast is ok. Location is great, there are a few good restaurants nearby. We had to work for a couple of days, so we used the wifi connection, which was surprisingly good, the Internet speed was about 30-40 Mbps and we had no outages during our stay.

The manager of the hotel is amazing. He was great with our daughter (brought her painting books and stickers) and gave us fresh coconuts every day. He was also very helpful in organizing a helmet and child seat when renting a scooter. Our room was very big. The private pool was just amazing! We really loved everything about it, extended twice and would have stayed even longer had it not been fully booked by the time we wanted to extend for a third time
