Beautiful apartment and Alfonso was a wonderful host. He helped us before we even got there answering many questions and helping us make dinner reservations, helped us park and bring our luggage up, and was generally very kind and available for anything we needed. We hope to be back one day!

Very clean area in the yard, amazing sea view, clean pool, helpful staff, cosy, calm place, big terrace.

Breakfast, room, towel bathroom excellent.

The staff staff were all very friendly and welcoming.The lady on reception was very helpful when we arrived,the two ladies doing the breakfast were always smiling and keeping the breakfast room clean and topped up and the pool attendant was very helpful and the pool was super clean.Thanks to the cleaning ladies as well for keeping the towels fresh and room tidy and always with a smile.The lady and man running the snack hut were always smiling and patient with me as I tried out my Italian.Parking was good as well.

Amazing view, much better than photos, both from swimming pool and apartment terrace. Loved the easy access to beach using the stairs, a bit difficult as the steps are big, still it is close to the beach even with the car. I like the location with good restaurants at max 5 min by car (Kenia by the beach with great pizza and large spaghetti bowls, Albero's under the bridge and the best croissants and ice cream al L'Albanese) not to mention the closeby supermarket Sissa next to an excellent bakery. I liked the 10 min drive to Porto Empedocle where I could easily rent a boat from Marine Club Bar,behind Torre di Carlo. Excellent swimming pool, clean, could easily jump on one side and relax on the other, cleaned daily, illuminated at night and so silent inviting to relax. New sets of beds and umbrellas were just installed. The best was to discover that across the gate there is Sporting Bellavista a sport club open daily from 8:30 with gym, running track, tennis courts, basketball court and...2 padel courts. Very nice owner and good prices per hour. Loved the recommendations for meat restaurants received from owners - Black Bull, Il Caretto and the best in term.of quality vs price: Sammartino in Trapani (it is a food shop that also makes in the afternoon amazing sandwiches, large burgers and large super quality steaks with normal prices and friendly owners. Staff was nice, helpfull, cleaning team was communicative and present offently. Overall, we and our teenagers enjoyed everything at Bellavista and its excellent location - walking distance on the beach to Scala dei Turchi.

The location, installations and price were very good

Free parking right next to the apartment, very good equipment of the apartment, clean accommodation. Very helpful and nice staff, who promptly got us a clothes dryer. Easily accessible location - close to the highway exit and close to the city center.

Central, clean, handy parking nearby and Riccardo great to deal with.

We liked the house. It is small but comfortable. There is a small garden. 10 minutes to the beach, by car. There is where to walk and what to see. And most importantly the sea! The beaches are good and varied.

The garden and pool are great features. The location is a few minutes to both the sea and the Valley of the Temples. Most importantly, Nadia, the host, is charming and makes the stay special.
