It was clean, safe and extremely comfortable ! I was delighted the shower had pressure as every place we stayed at while driving around Italy felt very claustrophobic which is understandable but I was so happy with Bes Residence, oh and not to mention the balcony, it was fab just sitting outside in the evening taking in the fresh air. The location is also perfect close to the airport and walking distance to some great restaurants or shops

Fantastic staff that were very helpful

Very nice, well furnished and equipped apartment. Good location, all interesting places are within walking distance. The apartment is located in a locked building and had a terrace. The owners were very accommodating, communication took place via Whatsapp. They allowed us to leave our luggage in the building on the day of departure and pick it up late in the afternoon.

First of all - amazing service. When an accident happened in the apartment at 10 p.m., the response was very quick, after only 10 minutes. we got new apartments. Amazing smell and perfect cleanliness in the apartment. It is very convenient that there are grocery stores and public transport stops nearby. The beds are comfortable (we slept for 4 nights and didn't feel bad), the bedding is clean and fragrant. The environment is safe.
