I absolutely loved staying at this hotel. I actually booked it a bit last minute and ended up re-booking it when we went back to Osaka as we had such a great first experience. First of all, the location is perfect, right next to Namba station, making it very easy for day trips (like Koyasan) or for exploring Osaka. It's 10 min walk to Dotonburi or Den Den town, with so many restaurants and animations in the area. The hotel is super clean and very modern. We had a little flat with a separate bedroom and a living room. There was a huge TV screen with netflix etc. The washing/drying machine was very useful! We didn't cook but there was also everything needed in the kitchen area. Reception is open 24/7. There is a gym and a sauna (which we didn't use). Room was quiet and cosy and a great place to come back to after exploring. Really recommend it!

The apartment is very conveniently located a short 5 minute walk from the Nishikujo train station, where you can easily catch the train into the Shin-Osaka and Namba areas, and also out of Osaka (e.g., Kobe). There's also a laundromat and convenience store just below the apartment, and a supermarket about 2 mins walk away, so it was really easy to get anything you need. The apartment was spotlessly clean, beautifully furnished, and so warm and welcoming, with plenty of amenities (there was even a vinyl record player in the room, which was super cool). We stayed on the 3rd floor, so we also had access to the private rooftop, which was a lovely spot to watch the city from high above. The host messaged us ahead of time to ensure the check-in process was smooth; he was very friendly and was very accommodating about leaving our luggage at the apartment ahead of the check-in time. Check-out was also a very smooth and easy process, and actually one of the more generous check-out times that we've had (11am). Would certainly recommend this place, and we'd love to stay here again if we visit Osaka!

Location is super. It's very close to Nipponbashi station. The host is incredibly nice and provides all kinds of information we need. And, to top it all off, the hostess dressed our little girl in yukata ( summer kimono) for free! We'll definitely visit this place again.

Located in the Kuromon area and 5-10mins walk to Namba station. Great location as it was far away enough from the hustle and bustle, but close enough that you could easily walk. 1st time in staying at an Apartment hotel style and it was great. Spacious, clean, had air con, cooking facilities, fridge freezer, washing machine and a drying room.

Great apartment hotel. They provided all the amenities needed, such as toothbrushes, toothpaste, slippers, etc. We didn't use all of it since we brought most of our own amenities. The place was very clean. Had all untensils and cookware in the kitchen if you wanted to cook indoors to save money. But the food here is so affordable, it's worth eating out.
