It was absolutely fabulous in every way ! Chilled , very very clean , gorgeous room , fabulous food and coffee !!!! Lovely owners and staff . It was a lovely change to be situated in lush jungle away from crowds but still within walking distance of the beach .

The first impression was impressive. The wonderful smell, the view (lots of great animals to watch), the washing machine and the very clean and very modern room. Everything was just perfect and we have seen many rooms, but none like this one. The host was perfect. He brought us everything we needed and organized a scooter for us at a very fair price.

We only planned to stay at Villa Ciana for a day, but we loved it so much we stayed for a whole week! It's a beautiful place with amazing views in the middle of the rice field. Everything is new and modern. The rooms are well equipped and with AC and hot water ! We had a really relaxing time and could reach Unawatuna in a few minutes without being annoyed by the noise of the city.

The apartment boasts an excellent location – just a few steps away from the beach and numerous restaurants. Despite being close to the main street, the area is very quiet, ensuring a peaceful stay. We particularly appreciated the functional and well-equipped kitchen, which allowed us to conveniently prepare meals on-site. An additional advantage is the presence of fans and air conditioning, ensuring comfort on hot days. The hosts were incredibly kind and helpful – throughout our stay, they took great care of us, offering valuable tips about local attractions and readily assisting with organizing everything we needed. Staying here was an absolute pleasure. Highly recommended!
