Location is just fabulous! The staff are just amazing. So clean, so comfortable and so central. Couldn't fault this accommodation. The staff couldn't be nicer or kinder in particular Martin, Tiago, Marta, Juliana (I think that's her name) and other staff members whose name I have forgotten. Adding the breakfast in the mornings was such a treat and catered for my Gluten intolerance also. Little bags were left at our door with delights as Pastal de Natas, rolls, bread etc. Cheese, fruit, milk and eggs were in the fridge! Studio had everything in it that you needed, bathroom was very clean with hairdryer. Replenished water, coffee and tea each day. A lovely welcome with a bottle of wine was so appreciated. Pillows were divine as was the bed. I seriously can't fault this place and it will definitely be the place we'll stay again and again when we're Lisbon. We stay in a lot of places as we travel alot and this place is 10/10! Thank you to all the staff 😊

The stuff is super friendly and kind, big thanks to them for their help and kindness. The room was very clean, we had an amazing view from our room, thanks to the workers who arranged it to us! Also the backyard with the cafe was very cozy.

Staff were amazing and really went out of their way to help. Very friendly. This is a great value hotel, the family room worked perfectly for our family, our boys (6 and 8) loved it.

Staff were so kind and helpful with everything. They really go out of their way. Location is great in a very lively neighborhood, but if you prefer quiet places it might be uncomfortable for you.
