Before arriving, the host sent a guide for Berat that came in handy during my stay and was quick to answer any questions I had. The views at the apartment were breathtaking and it was clean, comfortable and had everything we needed. The host was very helpful and reassuring when a medical emergency came up. I highly recommend staying at Villa Rosa in Berat.

Brand new hotel, so everything was brand new. High quality and bespoke fittings throughout. Loved the shower, and the quality of the mattress,you only can find that in the high end luxurious hotels. The service very friendly. Not to mention the breakfast, it's was so tasty and plenty. Best experience.
