Stoika, hotel manager was absolutely amazing, she made us feel at home and did absolutely everything to make our stay pleasant. We enjoyed tranquility and quietness, we had a very good sleep and truly enjoyed our stay. I am already thinking to book next year and looking forward to come there again. With my hand on heart I would highly recommend Vello apartments and beautiful Byala for relaxing holidays

We’ve stayed in many places across different countries, but this host was by far the best! Excellent communication from the start – kind, helpful, and always quick to respond. On arrival, we were welcomed with a lovely surprise. The apartment was spotless and very comfortable. We also had access to hotel pools and the bar, which was a great bonus. The host gave us useful tips on how to get there, what to see nearby, and recommended great restaurants. Since our flight was late in the evening, he even offered us a late checkout – a gesture we truly appreciated. Highly recommended! A perfect stay with exceptional hospitality.

We stayed with our family of three children and had a wonderful time. The apartment was very spacious and clean, equipped with everything we needed, and each room had air conditioning. The host welcomed us earlier than the check-in time and left a whole fridge full of fruits and drinks. We are very satisfied with our stay here.

Fabulous service and overall experience: the staff was helpful and friendly; the property was exceptionally clean; modern interior and exterior; nicely furnished and comfortable. The beds were great, so was the view. Private parking was provided at no additional charge, which was really convenient and very rare in this part of the city. The location of the property was great for our needs (health and welfare related visit)
