This is someone who goes out of her way to ensure you have a good stay. She's efficient, friendly and kind. With huge parades in the old town on the day we were leaving, she realized that we wouldn't be able to get the taxi booked and even though it was her off day and the weekend, she arrived to escort us to a part outside of the old town and organized transport for us. She really is a star. We really enjoyed our spacious, spotlessly clean and neat apartment with the balcony an added bonus. The location was so perfect in the old town, you could walk everywhere and we were surrounded by restaurants, bakeries and a grocery store. Very close to the Rathuis and market square.

At the aparthotel, every unit has bed linen and towels. The self-check-in was straightforward. The hotel is nice and clean, as well as the room that we stayed in. We loved the room, the small kitchen that we had and the bathroom. Looking at Spalenberg from our windows was really nice (although you're not guaranteed getting a room above the Spalenberg street). The bed was great and the location was amazing, very close to the central square.

The room was big, tidy and included a kitchenette ( the kettle, combined with the tea bags from reception kept us warm). Also there are other appliances in the lobby that you could borrow. The buffet breakfast was quite diverse (having the option to make fresh orange juice was appreciated).
