The aparthotel, set in a building dating from 2020, is 800 metres from Maria Auxiliadora Church and 26 km from Cueva del Milodon. The property is non-smoking and is located less than 1 km from Puerto Natales Main Square. We LOVED this place! Check in was extremely easy - the host reached out early with a code and we let ourselves in when we arrived. The place was large and had a lot of space to spread out and pack/unpack both before and after we did the W trek. The beds were comfy and the showers hot. The place was very clean and we were so happy to have a hot water maker with coffee (instant) and tea provided and a full fridge to store food. The location is perfect - about a 5-10 min walk to the most downtown area of PN. The WiFi was fast. We would come back here in a second - very affordable. As a bonus, the host stored our bags for us for free because we stayed both before an after our trek. She also helped us with a few questions re: taxi/Ubers.

The apartment was meticulous — firm, comfortable beds, hot showers with fabulous water pressure, shampoo and soap provided, kitchen well-equipped. A full buffet breakfast is included. It starts at 6:30 am but the chef laid it all out, including scrambled eggs, bacon, yoghurt, fresh fruit and cereals, at 6 so we could catch our bus to Torres Del Paine for 7 am. The hotel was fully booked for the end of our stay, but Trotamundos volunteered to store our extra luggage at no charge and even transported it to our new hostel for our final night in Puerto Natales. Truly above and beyond all expectations.

Just blocks from Bus Sur station, restaurants and straight. Wish that we were there longer to enjoy the apartment.
