Wonderful new apart hotel in a premium and peaceful shopping mall. The studios are nice and new. Spacious for 2 persons and with a nice balcony. There are lovely places to have a nice breakfast or eat a cake. Parking is easy and the location in Lo Barnechea excellent.

The room, garden, and location were excellent. The premises were super clean and the kitchen was fully equipped for self-catering. Also, the communication via WhatsApp worked perfectly. The wifi did not work all the time but we got a complementary SIM for each guest with lots of MB. This gesture was truly outstanding.

The lovely apartment hotel is in a great location . Small hotel with 2 units per floor 5 floors. With attentive stuff. Room decor is traditional, but the apartment is well equipped, floor plan is convenient, and the bed and bedding were great for a good night's sleep. very good value for money. use the subway to travel and it is very easy to go anywhere worth seeing in the city. uber cost from the airport 25- 30 USD only ( Dec 2023)

Great location and great staff. Also, free underground parking was a huge bonus. The room had a small kitchen with a refrigerator, cook top and sink. Everything was clean and functional. The room was fairly quiet until morning when traffic increased. Overall, I'd recommend Park Plaza Apart Hotel

Overall I was satisfied with my stay at Park Apart Hotel. The staff was friendly and helpful. The room was clean. The facilities were OK.

Everything was fine at this apartment hotel. Staff very friendly. I had requested a balcony and it was not available the first day but I was able to change rooms two days later and it made a huge difference. Very secure place and the stay was comfortable.
