I booked this hotel based on the glowing reviews, and I can happily confirm: the service is absolutely true to the hype! The location is fantastic if you're visiting the park, as it's just a few meters' walk from the Zhangjiajie Forest Park entrance bus stop; if you take the transit bus from the railway station, you can hop right off at the park's icon, and we even got a handy pickup from the South Gate when we arrived. While it’s slightly outside the downtown core, that wasn't an issue since you can ride the public bus before 6 pm and then take a taxi or Didi back for a reasonable fare. The heart of this place is the family staff: the daughter who manages the front desk is a rockstar, and despite a language barrier, she was incredibly patient, going above and beyond for us and other guests. When our park plans were rained out, she personally walked us to the public bus stop so we could navigate downtown. On our last night, she and her mother sat with us to help book our next day’s activity tickets, patiently answering all my first-timer questions. As a bonus, I noticed the tickets they helped us book were actually cheaper than the park's entrance fee—what a great surprise! The warm, personalized service and unbeatable proximity to Zhangjiajie National Forest Park make this hotel a must-book. I highly recommend it!

Muy limpio, agradable y sin olor a humedad como en la mayoría 🫠 además les pedí prestado un paraguas y como estaban fuera me enviaron uno con agua y algo de comida para facilitarme la salida. Si vuelvo, repetiré 🙂🙏🏼

First of all, we liked the location of the hotel. It’s next to the airport and not far from the city Center. Just the opposite of the hotel there are two small supermarkets. Also next to it there are several good cafes. The staff was very caring. They helped us any time we needed anything. The most important was the fact that the staff always consulted us about any excursions. We are very grateful to them. The hotel is quite small and quite clean.

El hotel esta muy bien ubicado y se puede llegar facilmente al punto desde donde salen los buses para la montaña Tianmen. El dormitorio era cómodo e incluso estaba adornado. Me permitieron guardar las mochilas después de mi check out.
