The apartment was great, housekeeping very good, the staff lovely and super friendly! The area where the hotel is located is very nice and safe, and close to the hotel there are 3 supermarkets. They're all located on the same street, so it makes it easy to head to the next store if the first one you visit doesn't have all you need. On the same street there's also a really good bakery. It's great to have free parking also. And: FINALLY AN "EUROPEAN" SHOWER! After spending 2 weeks around Colombia struggling with American showers and their water falling from the ceiling without any chance to not get your hair wet, it was lovely to find a "normal" shower that one can direct where they want! (Seeing the pictures of the showers was actually one of the reasons why we decided to book this specific hotel!). Thank you!!!!

The beds were very comfortable; there were blackout blinds and it was very quiet. There was a fantastic buffet breakfast and staff were very helpful. The area is lovely with lots of restaurants and bars and felt safe to wander about at night. We used uber to get to the sights in candelaria and centro which worked well.

The apartment is very and everything works well. The building is rather cold, but they provide many layers of covers and extra blanket, so I had no problem there. The staff are friendly and helpful. The breakfast is simple, but sufficient for starting a day. The place is safe and in nice and quiet area. There are many shops and restaurants in walking distance. Altogether I had a nice stay and wouldn't hesitate to stay again.
