We had a really pleasant stay, the studio was very elegant, cosy and clean, but also quite practical. The kitchen has modern equipment and it is comfortable to use. The bathroom is also very good and enjoyable to use. The location is a little bit out of the center, but tram stops, supermarket and Elbe are not far.

The loft staff has always been friendly, patient and helpful. That impressed me the most. It is central and walking distance of Giebichenstein Castle (Burg Giebichenstein) and local shops cafes and restaurants. Halle is a beautiful old historic city with lots of amazing architecture to view whilst walking to your destination. The location is just perfect for a walk around the old city centre or along Saale river.

Designed by Famed Friedensreich Hundertwasser, (his final project), it is a mishmash of styles, incorporating Hotel, Offices, Shops, playgrounds etc etc, all roofs are covered with greenery aplenty! The apartment we chose, was the 8th floor “Suite” so to speak, two levels of living & sleeping space! An amazing break from the usual Hotel or Apartment style accommodation. The service Team and the Manager were outstanding true hospitality professionals! Wonderful team! With all facilities (except gym) this has proven to be the highlight of our 6 week German Discovery Tour! Parking, plenty, but to get to the 8th Floor elevator, needs to stop the car at a lot reserved for home owners, just for 10 minutes or so, then as a German Dragon Lady came out she was virtually screaming at me, not allowed to park, but once her husband came from behind her he realised her mistake and was quite gentlemanly about it! If any critique on the apartment, and I am being lucky here, then too much kitchen utensils , cutlery , plates etc etc! Looked a tad messy! Else truly a wonderful experience and if we ever get back to Magdeburg will surely stay there again! The view from the balcony in our room was amazing. It’s located in the city centre and there is a bus stop just nearby where you can take the sightseeing tour to the castle and around the city.

The hosts are clearly passionate about making their guests feel at home. The entrance isn't glamorous by any means but the apartments are new and clean. The apartment complex itself is shared with locals and Grace occupy one level with only a small number of apartments. We stayed for two nights and booked multiple rooms for 5 of us so we were able to look at three of the rooms. All of them were tidy, spacious and had different themes to the decor matching their style. The rooms have large windows which lets in a nice natural light. The showers are smaller but no different to most accommodation in Europe. The room was equipped with a washing machine and iron. The apartments are located up stairs so you will have to carry suitcases up. The host was kind enough to help us carry them upstairs which we are grateful for. There is a cafe downstairs that does amazing breakfast, coffee and smoothies, definitely the best in town. We definitely suggest trying it during your stay. The walk from the train station is uphill so we would recommend getting a taxi rather than walking if you have baggage. The location is walkable to the main sq uare and close to the metro line. It felt very safe in the area at night time and there are plenty of nice cafes and bars within walking distance. We would definitely stay again.

The location was amazing, so close to everything which made accessing places really easy. It was also a much bigger space than we envisioned it to be which was a pleasant surprise. The apartment was very nicely presented and had everything one could need in it.
