Units are complete with a private bathroom, while certain units at the aparthotel also boast a seating area. The subway station was only about a 3-minute walk away, which was very convenient. The room was very clean and comfortable. I was surprised that there was no water in the fridge, but there was a water dispenser in the hallway that we could use. I had to leave early for the airport, and the receptionist kindly booked a taxi for me. It cost around 11 USD and was very helpful.

QHBH has an arrangement with two local guides: Carlos; and, Xavier. These dudes are awesome! If you can [go to Quito] stay at this residence and book a couple of day tours with these two fine gentleman. You will be writing a 5+ review just like I am now. Guaranteed! Also, Tony from Bogota, Columbia owns & operates an 8'ish seat Pizzeria across the street. Literally 20 feet from the Hotel front door! Best pizza we've ever had. And, Tony is a 'one-of-a-kind' in a great way!

The apartment itself is small and maybe it’s because of the glass but it’s pretty cold especially in the main dormitory. Basic things like dish soap, laundry detergent we had to ask cause they were not initially provided.
