Poor Service and Disappointing Stay I booked this accommodation through Booking.com expecting a comfortable and well-managed experience, but unfortunately, it fell far short of expectations. The service from staff was unhelpful and unprofessional. The facilities were not as described in the listing. Cleanliness and upkeep were below acceptable standards. I raised my concerns during my stay, but the responses were dismissive and no real effort was made to address the problems. This was a frustrating and disappointing experience, and I would not recommend this property to others.

Amazing sea view Penthouse Apartment in Pyramids Porto El-Sokhna tiene vistas a la ciudad y se encuentra en Ain Sokhna. We had an amazing time at this apartment. The views are stunning, and the location is excellent. The atmosphere during Eid was really good. There are so many activities, restaurants, and markets nearby. This comes highly recommended if you are looking for a lovely apartment close to the beach with breathtaking views.

From the moment I arrived, I was greeted with warmth and hospitality by the host, Mr. Tamer is a wonderful person. I highly recommend visiting the chalet in October. The weather is absolutely fantastic during this time, and the area is not crowded, which means you’ll receive excellent service.

The location was excellent. While the sea near the shore is rocky, moving a bit further in reveals sandy areas. The kitchen was fully equipped, providing everything we needed.
