We used this accommodation as our home base for several day tours in the Finnish lake region, and we do not regret it for a small moment. A nice small guesthouse with a private sauna, just a short walk away from the harbour, offers anything you need as a tourist. Granted, the room may not have the most modern look, but we were happy nonetheless: the room was spotlessly clean, and the kitchen has many utensils. The biggest asset of this guesthouse? The host: a very kind and welcoming lady who helped us on our way multiple times. This hospitality was also reflected in all common areas, which were breathing a cozy 'welcome home'-atmosphere. I would most definitely book here again.

El Salpalinjan Hovi se encuentra en un encantador edificio escolar reformado, a 10 minutos en coche del centro de la ciudad de Lappeenranta. Un hotel familiar con un trato amable por parte de los propietarios y el personal. La habitación era espaciosa, con cocina y baño privado. La cama era cómoda.
