Nice and cold fridge with small freezer. I had my small poodle with me and she loved the room and slept very well. She was only 5 extra euros. There is also an elevator. I will definitely be back! The hotel is located a 5 minutes brisk walk up a small hill from the parking that they recommend, parking is around 15 € per night. Very easy and great communication!

The studio was in a central location - just 5 minutes from the train station. Thanks to Rachel for taking our luggage as our flight was early. The studio had everything we needed, even an iron and hairdryer and most importantly it was clean.

I would definitely choose this stay again whenever I am in Nice! Also liked the the door were all code related so no need to carry around keycards or worry about losing them.

Since most of the rooms are used for a nursing home, the surroundings are very quiet and comfortable. The staff are warm and patient, and although I don’t speak French, communication through translation apps was smooth and easy. Overall, my stay was truly perfect.

There’s a Carrefour City and a nice little Italian cafe perfect for morning coffees just down the road. I would happily stay here again!
