Communication with the lady in charge was excellent; she responded quickly to every message and was incredibly helpful throughout our stay. We had a minor issue with the hot water, but it was resolved very promptly and efficiently, which we really appreciated. Since the pool was closed for the season, they thoughtfully prepared the spa jacuzzi for us, which was such a relaxing treat. Breakfast was delicious, with a great variety of options — we could order whatever we wanted, and everything was fresh and full of flavor. The restaurant on-site was absolutely perfect; we ended up dining there most of the time because the food was just that incredible! Every dish was prepared with care and tasted amazing. The customer service across the board was consistently top-notch. Everyone we interacted with was kind, professional, and genuinely welcoming. We truly can’t wait to come back and would highly recommend VIPoApartments to anyone looking for a peaceful and delightful getaway.

Beautiful place, and very very clean. Good breakfast and so nice staff. 1min walk from the beach, 2 min walk from supermarked, and 1 min walk to beachpromenade with a lot of restaurants.
