Location was great, still in the main part of Canggu but little bit hidden, so you have a chance not to be in the chaos of the crowded city. Close to pharmacy, shops, hospital, great restaurants. Hotel and room was very new, clean, modern and well equipped. Great sunset view. Hotel is located close to the famous club, but with the great windows, I didn't hear anything during the night. Personal was exceptional and one of the nicest people I have met in a long time. Always smiling, welcoming, and helpful with everything you need inside and outside of your stay in Aviator and Bali. We had an amazing time in Uluwatu and I'm sure a big part of it was our stay. The people working there go out of their way to help you out and make you feel welcome. The room was spacious, modern and with a beautiful view. I would 100% recommend.

The accommodation offers a shared kitchen and full-day security for guests. It was a beautiful place situated in the heart of Canggu. Next to it is a life saver 24 hr mart. The manager Putu is so warm, friendly and professional that he exactly knows what u require. They treat you like a family member and make your holiday wonderful and a cherished memory. It was our honeymoon and I requested them to do something romantic and my wife was indeed very touched as they did something special. Even the staff (Marta, Teguh, Ryan, Lina, Wayan. Nyoman and the other security guy) are exceptionally warm and hospitable. They always have a smiling face and go out of their way to help. We locked our suitcase and helped us to open it immediately. They arranged for bikes and there is coffee / tea 24 hrs. For the first time I have witnessed a pool that is open for 24hrs and the pool is very clean. The room is excellent and the entire hotel is maintained very well. They are also open to suggestions and feedback. As it was our best experience in Balli, we would recommend anyone and everyone to go to this place and experience it personally.

We love the top-notch hospitality and we thank Adrian for his recommendation of nice restaurants and beach clubs to watch Bali's iconic sunset. We're sincerely grateful for the late check-out since our flight was late at night. We can't wait to be back!

The staff was very friendly and always ready to help. The location is excellent—just a short walk to the beach and surrounded by plenty of great cafés and restaurants. The loft also has a big, fully equipped kitchen, which was really convenient. The pool area is a great bonus, with space to relax and soak up the sun.
