The apartment is very modern, clean, has lots of natural light, has good pressure in the shower, strong wifi connection with personal router in the room, big TV with Netflix, a great view, and is very comfortable and safe. It’s handy having a washing machine and also a kitchenette here with a large fridge too. There is still some construction happening in the building however we haven’t found it to be an issue. The location is quite central too and walking distance to a few malls as well as restaurants and bars. There are also many options to have food delivered to the building using Grab. The host, CK, has gone above and beyond for us during our stay here. From picking us up at the airport, to sending through tons of recommendations, answering messages almost instantly, as well as stocking the fridge with water and Coca Cola, we cannot speak more highly of him. He has been absolutely wonderful and would definitely recommend this room to anyone coming to KK. We enjoyed our stay so much, we extended twice!

The cozy yet stylish decor added to the overall comfort of the house. The personalized welcome not was a thoughtful gesture that made me feel appreciated as a guest. The pool was a definite highlight, with great relaxation and stunning sunset views.

Located in the Kota Kinabalu city centre, Promenade Service Apartment offers air-conditioned units and is 500 metres from Oceanus Waterfront Mall. Guests enjoy free WiFi in the comfort of their rooms.... La habitación es enorme, con sala de estar. El baño era pequeño pero cumplía con las expectativas, ducha separada del váter. Tiene aire acondicionado y mesa de escritorio y tocador. Super recomendable. Además tiene restaurantes muy cerca, un McDonalds mismo y zona de lavandería.

COZY Studio at Ming Garden Residence cuenta con piscina al aire libre y wifi gratis. Highly recommended..Very clean, got a small kitchen and owner very helpful and friendly.my kiddos enjoy there...will come here again..
