Tucked away about a KM from a laundromat, ATMs, cafe's and restaurants and with easy availability of transport, this is a budget AC services room apartment hotel. Has ample car parking in an adjoining plot. Dining table and chairs are available as also some crockery and cutlery. A clothes line is on the terrace An ironing shop is available a short distance away in a vacant site.

The stay was awesome. Had a home-like feeling. Water and basic cooking facilities were there.

The staff were super friendly. Mr.Muhsin was at the reception.He was so helpful during our stay at Kaipipillil apart hotel. And to be very honest the stay was awesome as per the money we spent. Totally worth it.

Fully serviced apartment with all amenities available. Campfire bbq setup is available too. Few games like dart archery to spend time. Very nice sitout outside the apartment.

It's a nice and clean service apartment

Great room for affordable price. Ideal & calm location with lulu mall and metro station nearby. Perfect for families with very clean rooms and well maintained kitchen with all basic facilities for serviced apartment... And of course, superb host and staff, warm and friendly. Over all enjoyed an excellent stay with my family at Casa Allay.
