Serviced Apartments in South Zone

New property. Seems like the property was built as a service apartment. But was later converted into a hotel. So outside every three or so rooms there is a common area. Larger groups can use this area for socializing. Rooms are good. TV was a smart TV and with free wifi we could watch YouTube etc. The location is in a secluded place. No signboards or any indication of such a hotel being there. It is much far from any busy roads. This may be a positive for some.

The hotel service is excellent. People are nice and kind. The prices are convenient. Everything is clean and comfortable. I didnt face any problem during my stay. I recommend this place.

We got an adequately furnished apartment, felt its value for money, very good accommodation for this price. Bedrooms are medium sized with queen beds, clean and tidy. Caretaker guy was very nice and helpful, We ordered food through swiggy, usually got it delivered in approx 30mins. Necessary crockery and cutlery items were available in the kitchen. I highly recommend this serviced apartment.

Beautiful Serviced Apartments and great service...

This is one of the best homestays in Madikeri. I came here with my family and stayed here for a couple of days. It is a nice villa with a beautiful mountain view and is located nearest to the main road. You can have a home-like feeling. The rooms were clean and hygienic. The property owner, Mr. Naveen, and caretaker, Mr. Umesh, were so humble and helped in making the tour plan and also arranged transportation for us. Overall, this homestay is too good for this budget. If you are visiting Madikeri with family, just go for it.👍🏻

Property is very well maintained and clean. Staff followed up on phone and shared the address on whatsapp before hand. They politely managed our checkin even in off hours at 12 am. It would be great if they start serving some tea, coffee in the morning or keep some basic things like kettle, coffee powder, milk powder in flats as it is called service apartment. There are no good restaurants near by for morning coffee.
