We had a wonderful stay at Erboli Residence. The views from the residence are beautiful, and the apartment was perfect for our family of four. The air conditioning was 100% necessary with the August heat. The pool area was very nice, and we enjoyed swimming here daily. From the location, we could reach most cities that we wanted to visit in around one hour. A car is definitely needed.

Het zwembad verziet in verkoeling op de warme zomerdagen, net als de airco in ons verblijf. De auto kan onder een overkapping geparkeerd worden wat ook erg fijn was. Daarnaast konden we iedere ochtend genieten van een heerlijk verzorgd ontbijt. Kortom, een verblijf die je vrienden en familie aan zou raden!

Nobilia Dimore - Suite & Spa® ligt in Stia met uitzicht op de stad en heeft een restaurant en roomservice. Er is gratis WiFi in de hele accommodatie. Attention to detail was excellent, as was the decor. Unusual design with many attractive features. Colour combinations were very toned and original. Very state of the art heating and air conditioning system. Helpful and friendly owner welcomed us, very capable and fun. The garden was colourful with plants and flowers and comfortable chairs. Ideal for an hour to read or sit in the sun after visiting the local medieval villages nearby. The location in the village with it's many small shops and restaurants was new for us. Interesting to look out the window at the village coming to life in the morning. Breakfast was eaten in the restaurant next door with Francesco, the owner, acting as waiter. His smile and enthusiasm made a good start to the day and his freshly baked croissant and home made jam were very good, Coffee was great too! We would definitely think to return not only for the comfort and great ambience in Nobilia Dimore but also for the pretty countryside with open spaces and trails through the hills.

A bit outside the town center (approx. 15min walk via shortcut), but with the benefit of having a great, spacious and gated parking area for those who need it. In addition, a 10% discount at the nearby cafe/bar (Menchetti) is highly recommended for an aperitivo/pizza taglio/breakfast if you want to remain in the (very quiet) neighborhood. Quick and easy access to and from the Autostrada as well, though far enough that you can't see or hear it. Clean and spacious rooms with couches and small kitchens included. Great landscaping and a nice garden surrounds the stylish white building. Your own mini-apartment. Definitely recommended and a good value!

Residence Serristori ligt in de Val Di Chiana, op 20 minuten rijden van Arezzo en de snelweg A1. We had an amazing stay at this hotel! The staff were super friendly and always ready to help with anything we needed. Free parking was a big plus, and the breakfast was really tasty. The grounds were beautiful and perfect for relaxing. Our room was clean, comfy, and had air conditioning. The beds were really comfortable, and the views were just stunning. Big shoutout to the ladies at the reception—they were incredibly helpful and nice. We highly recommend this place!

Residence Il Casale ligt in Cortona, op 27 km van Piazza Grande en 38 km van Terme di Montepulciano. De accommodatie biedt gratis WiFi, airconditioning, een seizoensgebonden buitenzwembad en een tuin.... We had a lower-level 2-bedroom apartment, which was quite nice. We loved how the building's original features were kept and combined beautifully with the modern needs. The bed was comfortable and the rooms were very clean. Close drive to Cortona, and parking at the location. The grounds are very well maintained, and we enjoyed our breakfast outside on the patio.
