The owner just has everything, he literally pulled out a pump for a ball that needed some air, i didnt expect that. When it comes to other things, all good, free bikes, private parking, place is perfect to see Chioggia and other nearby cities, and there is also a bus to Venice that takes you there in about an hour and half, or less. and the bus station is at a 10 minutes walk from the hotel and with 13 euros you get a ticket to go to venice and back. Beach is good. nightlife also very nice. comfort was not bad in the room i was in. price/quality very very good, i totally recommend it!

Residence Eleonora provides modern apartments and rooms with free WiFi. Located in historic Sottomarina centre, it is almost 2 km from the centre of Chioggia and offers free parking. The hotel is owned and operated by a lovely couple who do their best to meet all requests. It is located near the beach and a pass for an umbrella and beach chairs are given to you as part of your booking. This is a real bonus, as the beach has reserved booking areas you would would otherwise have to pay for. It is also within walking distance of Chioggia, a small town. The owners also operate a small pizzeria next to the hotel which is where you have a delightful breakfast each morning and can count on for a good dinner at the end of the day. If your destination is the city of Venice, this may not be the best location, as there are no water buses to the city, but there is a regular bus. Ask the proprietors for the 'how to' with organizing a ticket, it can be tricky.

Everything is close to the apartment, grocery store, bakery, restaurants and the beach. There are washing salon only 2 min away from the apartment so you can wash used clothes, with washing machine and tumbler, it takes 30 min for washing and 12min for tumbling, 6 euros for washing and 2 euro for tumbler. The parking next to it, has a charging station for 4 electric cars but you need your own plug for it. You have a forest park behind the apartment where you can take a walk. The parking on the apartment has 4 parkings below trees, so I would recommend to take a tree resin remover with you, to remove stains on the car, 10km away is a few car wash stations if you need it.

Sabbia & Mare está en Rosolina Mare, a 8 min a pie de Playa de Bagno Al Granso, y ofrece alojamiento con wifi gratis, aire acondicionado y acceso a un jardín con piscina al aire libre. The apartments were great: new, had everything we needed, ocean view, great bed and shower and also next to restaurants and a small market. We loved it! Poll was also great and the people were always kind and helpful.

My wife and I spent three wonderful days at this property in July and were very satisfied with our stay. Check-in was smooth and easy, thanks to the clear instructions provided by the host. A special thanks for arranging a parking spot for us — although the building doesn’t have its own parking, a space had been reserved for us at a nearby beach complex just across the road, which was extremely convenient. The apartment itself was clean, with fresh and tidy bed linen. The kitchen, though compact, was fully equipped with everything we needed. We were lucky to get a unit with a large balcony — definitely a pleasant bonus. There’s a big supermarket nearby, and a cozy pizzeria located right on the ground floor of the building. The host was always available and responsive to our questions. Thank you for the warm hospitality and excellent service!
