Everything was as in pictures. The price (for 4 people) is unbeliebly good. The kitchen is fully equiped, local stores are up to 5 mins walk. Whole apartment was clean and ready. The check-in at a hotel reception went smoothly even we didn't speak the same language :)

She looked after our family of 4 even before we arrived, helping us book train tickets from Rome to Nettuno. She is very responsive, helpful, hospitable & kind. The place is new, very clean & close to the beach with restaurants & grocery stores in walking distance. Angela helped organise transport as we were attending a wedding at a nearby church, she recommended & booked restaurants for us too. Nothing was a problem for her. We would definetly come back & stay at IBordin.

I had a race on the Saturday morning so this accommodation was perfect & allowed me to relax & be ready! The host (Fulvia) was super super friendly! They gave us contacts for a driver & pointed us in the direction of local points of interest! The house was super clean & no smells, stains or issues to complain about!

The apartment was absolutely amazing and had everything we would need, we particularly liked the ease of getting in/out with the security system as opposed to keys and Angela on reception was lovely, such a nice lady! The owner showed us how to use the washing machine and she was also really nice. There are two apartments in the building, we stayed in the upstairs one but both apartments have use of the garden and private, secure parking close by. We would highly recommend this apartment.

Also when you get out of the building there is a very cheap Supermarket and a Cafe. Close to the beach(3 minutes by car). I recommend it and for sure I will come back.

It was a nice surprise. The apartment had a lovely terrace and was so close to the beach. The beach was amazing and uncrowded. We were there in April though and I imagine it gets a lot busier in the Sumer months. The apartment was on the 2nd floor but there was a lift. Bonus! There were restaurants close by and parking right in front of the building. I wish that we had booked a couple of nights more at this apartment.
