Great location, modern apartment hotel, great for families, close to 2 Metro stations. Plenty of food and shopping options nearby. Very friendly staff, made us feel at home.

Located in the Kuromon area and 5-10mins walk to Namba station. Great location as it was far away enough from the hustle and bustle, but close enough that you could easily walk. 1st time in staying at an Apartment hotel style and it was great. Spacious, clean, had air con, cooking facilities, fridge freezer, washing machine and a drying room.

One of the nicest buildings I’ve stayed at, the staff was friendly and helpful, it really felt home-like. Just the design is enough to recommend the hostel for, but the location and equipment is not to forget!

Zen Kyoto Apartment hotel was beautiful. We stayed on the top floor. Our room had a living room, two dining areas, a kitchen, two beds, and bathroom. It was spacious for a Japanese hotel. It is located about 3 minutes from the Takeda station. Every one of the staff members that we interacted with was extremely helpful, and kind. It is not close to many tourist attractions, but that is something that we enjoy as it was very quiet for our stay.

Great apartment hotel. They provided all the amenities needed, such as toothbrushes, toothpaste, slippers, etc. We didn't use all of it since we brought most of our own amenities. The place was very clean. Had all untensils and cookware in the kitchen if you wanted to cook indoors to save money. But the food here is so affordable, it's worth eating out. Great location. 5 min walk to Ebisucho Station. Would stay here again.

It's literally an apartment hotel, we got an apartment on the 7th floor, no keys needed, just a keycode. Coming from the small spaces in Tokyo this was a blessing. Two queen size beds, a BIG bathroom, walk in space for clothes, balcony, small kitchen and a fridge. Our room also had a washing machine which was great! Location is fantastic as well. Staff received a parcel for me from the post as well! I really recommend staying here.

It is simple and easy to check in and out. Self-service apartment hotel, well maintained. Convenience store 1 mins away.
