It was also clean. In all my travels this is the first time I have stayed in this kind of hotel. Our family was very satisfied.

The place is very close to Urakami Station and main road 206 making it very easy to move around. We were a group of 9 and the facility provided enough towels and toothbrushes. Our room's beds clean and soft and spacious enough for two. I had to send a couple of questions to the staff during oir stay and they were very responsive. It is possible to walk to Nagasaki Atomic Bomb museum and peace park, but if you wish to conserve energy or are unfit for lenghty walks then it is better to head to road 206 and take a bus. I recommended to using transportation when heading south to Dejima and Chinatown.

We enjoyed the in-unit laundry and after staying in hotels since our sat at Grand Base can tell you that this is a game changer! We also loved the neighborhood. Close to everything. Nagasaki was the best city we visited. We will be back!
