Lots of nice touches, like outdoor ski lockers and a heated ski boot room as you enter the building. The staff runs a shuttle from 8 to 8 to take you anywhere in a 10 minute radius -- that gets you to the base of either of the Hirafu gondolas or into town. Staff were very friendly and very responsive. We also ordered an in-room hot pot meal experience that was a lot of fun and a real highlight of the trip.
