Came to Osaka to see expo 2025, it's a pitty that I couldn't enjoy the hotel to the fullest, because expo took 5 days out of my 7 nights stay. Location of the hotel is perfect, near you can find Tenoji zoo, Tsutenkaku tower with 360° view at a hight of 120 meters, shinsekai market. The hotel room itself is huge even for european standart, all the commodities are present, even washing machine, that helps a lot during long stay and a sunny summer in Japan. All the personal at the reception was very friendly and helpful with all the request I had during the stay. This was my 7th hotel in Japan and this is by far was my favorite stay. P.s. it was also nice to have a smoking area at the corner from the hotel, because it is hard to find smoking places for tourists

Apartment is great for family (2 bedrooms plus common area). Has stove and microwave which were handy. Hosts responds quickly via email (English was no problem).

The organization was perfect, with simple procedures for check-in and check-out. The room was in perfect order and very close to the public transport. The neighborhood was very quiet, too. The comunication in english was perfect.

I loved how unique the layout of the room was! I found out that it only opened earlier this year so it was really modern and everything seemed new and clean. Staff was also very accomodating, they give out free coffee and free rentals on certain items. Additionally, it is only a 2-minute walk from Namba Yasaka Jinja and also a near walk from Namba Station and around 10-minute walk from Shinsaibashi.

It's in a very quiet area. A Life supermarket is just a short walk away, which is very convenient. The subway station is also very close. The staff are very friendly. I'm very satisfied and would stay here again！
