Outstanding location, very close to train station if you want to travel to Monaco or Cannes or go to the promenade to the beach. With plenty of cafes around to buy some meal or bakery. The building is decent and clean with nice quiet neighbors. The room is small, as a usual studio, yet spacy enough for 1-2 people on vacation.

La Maison Lamartine provides accommodation with free WiFi in Nice city centre, a 5-minute walk away from Nice-Ville Train Station and Jean Médecin Tram Stop. What impressed us most of all was the friendly and very attentive staff. Special mention to Corinne and Simon. We requested a late check out and they immediately obliged. Because of this, we were still able to visit Villefranche sur mer before we checked out. The location was perfect for us, near the train station, because we took the train to other towns from the apartment. Our studio was very comfortable with complete amenities. I like that they are very serious with being eco-friendly. Definitely a must to stay at once we go back to Nice. I have already suggested Maison Lamartine to others!

Villa Leonie ligt in Nice, op slechts 2 km van de oude binnenstad van Nice en op 5 minuten lopen van de haven. Amazing beautiful old villa in a vintage style, every detail has its own history. Private and gated street of villas. I really enjoyed our room with a garden view and balcony. The paintings and high ceilings- admirable. Our dog was also welcomed with kindness. The location is perfect, it’s close to old town and nearest beach on the rocks (but we loved them). The owner of the villa is very nice and caring.
