This apartment hotel is in central Røldal, 42 km from Odda. A fully equipped kitchen, a flat-screen TV with satellite channels and a private balcony are standard. Wi-Fi and on-site parking are free. It was a great overnight stay in Roldal for us, we arrived late and the room was waiting for us with a key in the door. There's an Ionity charging station nearby and a parking on site. There were kitchen utensils and a nice balcony with a view. You have to bring your own linens or rent them for a fee -- pretty typical in Norway. Overall, we were very satisfied with our room and our stay, check out at 12 is great perk as well.

The view from the room was something gives me awe followed by peace as I look out. I can sit there the entire morning with the breakfast and coffee in hand. There's EV charge point available just <1min walk from my unit, the rate was one time NOK300 back in June 2025 until fully charge or you unplug anytime after payment so count it carefully if your next withdrawal is the time your EV is fully charged. Staff was responsive over the booking engine chat room. Also, the picturesque Odda town is only <15min drive from the Apartment. My stay was more than perfect!

Located just 50 metres to the bus stop for connections to Trolltunga, Slottet Apartments offers accommodation in Tyssedal. Norwegian Museum of Hydropower and Industry is just 600 metres away. Was very nice and clean. Perfect stay to start trolltunga trip. Very close to bus station. It was pleasant stay. Nice view for fjords. Happy with this stay.
