If you feel cold, there’s a heater in the room, though the blanket is really warm! If you go to Machupicchu tour, you can store your suitcases in the hotel! The staff is just great!!! They communicate with you, help you, try to make you feel home! And finally, this is a very tranquil place! This is 15 min walk from Cusco city center - so there’s no noise, no traffic, if you wanna good sleep there’s a perfect fit! Walking to the city center is not that much uphill, just may be 2 small blocks up - so it’s very comfy. One more bonus - beautiful terrace with a view!

Get coffee elsewhere if you're a coffee snob, but it was perfectly fine if all you needed was the caffeine. The place was clean, quiet, and spacious. We had a hike booked, but I got food poisoning (not from this place!) the morning we were supposed to leave. I spent 16 hours (I counted, it was great) not able to leave the bathroom for more than five minutes. This place is central to everything while being off the main road, so my brother didn't have to go far to find me meds and gatorade. And hey, I can tell you with assurance that the bathroom was not the worst place to spend 16 hours throwing up! Wouldn't do it again, necessarily, but it could have been worse. There are restaurants and museums nearby. The place has the space to allow your party a little privacy if you want it (living room and bedroom, little courtyard). I'd definitely stay here again.

Breakfast foods are available every afternoon at the aparthotel. We loved it (again)! It was our second stay in the Casona. For us everything was perfect. We stayed for over two weeks with our 4 year old son. He could explore the garden and play safely everywhere. We especially like the spacious and fully equipped kitchen with daily fresh fruit, bread, eggs and cheese and the fireplace that helped us stay warm in the evening. Our whole apartment was very cozy, we truly felt at home. The staff is exceptionally kind and helps you with anything you need. Everything is clean, well kept and works (there is hot water 24/7). I hope we can go back soon!

Easy to find on uber and Google Maps as well. It was very close to the apartment. Check- in instructions were very clear and to whoever I was communicating with through in WhatsApp, they were very responsive and kind. It’s a little bit away from the plaza but only about a 30 minute walk and quick cheap uber ride. The place is a bit tight, but is comfy. The washing machine came in very clutch to do our laundry. There was salt in the kitchen and the beds were really comfy. We enjoyed our time here! Walls were a bit thin so you can hear your neighbors but nothing some was plugs won’t fix.

The room was large, clean and comfortable. The lady at the reception really make the effort and give us room before the check in which meant a lot to us since we arrived in Cusco at 5am.

Room was very comfortable and clean, spacious with a kitchen. Balcony was great. Came down with a flu after visiting Machu Picchu in the rain and the staff was more than helpful. Location a little far out of Urubamba, but can take a taxi, or bus for just 2 soles.
