He made sure we understood the fair rate for transportation, made calls for booking a boat to Leticia. Asked a carpenter to stop working - it was loud- when we arrived back to our room. We didn't make this request, he just did it. He allowed us to check out late with a very very small fee. Instructed the moto-taxi driver to help us with our bags at the port. So kind and joyful, always smiling.

Featuring family rooms, this property also provides guests with a sun terrace. Owner upgraded us to their apartment, called Bellazio. It is few blocks away from hotel. It was new, spacious, had air conditioning in all areas and was super clean. The internet was speedy, and the beds were really comfortable, great mattresses. Water was a bit difficult to set at temperature we wanted in shower, but doable. Breakfast was served at the hotel, we took a nice short walk there, the space was open, had a nice view. We had nice coffee, eggs, toast, delicious fresh Amazon fruit juice. The staff and owner were helpful and friendly, this really helps to make your stay a great one. We traveled with our 10 year old daughter and she loved the stay and trip. I do recommend staying with them, whether it is in the hotel and if you can, choose their Bellazio apartment, it can host up to 5 people. They helped us booking a taxi service to the airport and it was useful since it started raining heavily. Thank You! Do hope to stay there again.

A recently renovated aparthotel situated in Iquitos, Mi Quinta Raíz Loft Apartments features an outdoor swimming pool. The aparthotel features a sun terrace, a 24-hour front desk, and free WiFi is available throughout the property. In one word: WOW We have been traveling in S. America for a while now. Must have stayed in dozens of hotels and motels. This one is probably my favorite. The rooms are clean, well-equipped, and modern. The staff was both very helpful and professional.
