He made sure we understood the fair rate for transportation, made calls for booking a boat to Leticia. Asked a carpenter to stop working - it was loud- when we arrived back to our room. We didn't make this request, he just did it. He allowed us to check out late with a very very small fee. Instructed the moto-taxi driver to help us with our bags at the port. So kind and joyful, always smiling.

Hotel was situated in a central place close to the plaza de armas, lots of nice small menu places around and the hotel was a nice and comfortable

The aparthotel features a sun terrace, a 24-hour front desk, and free WiFi is available throughout the property. In one word: WOW We have been traveling in S. America for a while now. Must have stayed in dozens of hotels and motels. This one is probably my favorite. The rooms are clean, well-equipped, and modern. The staff was both very helpful and professional.
