Some of the best customer service we have received. We stayed just one night after our Amazon trip. We were very tired and looking forward to relaxing and having a nice shower and food. The man at the front desk (I’m really sorry I didn’t get his name) couldn’t have done more for us. There isn’t much in the area in terms of food but he rang a take away pizza for us and organised our order and let us know when it arrived. The shower was warm (a really pleasant surprise) and shampoo and soap were provided. The room itself was clean and comfortable with a smart tv for Netflix. Breakfast in the morning was served upstairs with a lovely review of the city. Breakfast was small but very tasty and the ladies preparing it were very friendly.
