The staff is very friendly and helpful – always available when needed but never intrusive, which makes the place perfect for introverts (the reception isn’t something you have to pass through all the time). The room was just right – with a kitchen, coffee machine, and even a washing machine! Great value for money. Highly recommended!

Beautiful small hotel with nice rooms and views. Spa is small but effective and welcome addition to relax after end of your hiking/cycling/whatever day. It is located kind of on one side of the village but still walkable from shops, restaurants etc. Biedronka (groceries) is even right across the street. There's elevator in the hotel which was a blessing since my wife had ankle injury during the trip.

The hotel itself and the rooms are elegantly decorated, making you feel very comfortable. It's close to the center and the bus stop, from where you can get to all the sights. The spa is small but cozy, and there were never many people there. Breakfasts were also very filling and delicious, enough until lunchtime, even with a lot of activity. The staff included two beautiful and friendly girls at reception who helped with all your questions.

Perfect location - just between the old town and the Kazimierz (historic Jewish quarter, lively area with lots of bars and street food) , so you can reach any place there in 5-15 minutes. Castle is also within walking distance. The apartmant was clean and comfortable.
