Everything was great, beautiful hotel, in a great location, breakfast is amazing, just a little expensive.

The whole place smelt amazing as soon as you walked in (I’m a big fan of room fragrance so this was a big tick for me), the room itself was clean and extremely comfortable. The balcony was an extra bonus which I wasn’t expecting, with a direct view of the ski slope. Excellent location for anyone skiing and only a 10/15 minute walk into town. The spa area was stunning and extremely well made. Loved every bit of it!

It is located 22 km from Railway Station Zakopane and provides a lift. There is a restaurant serving Polish cuisine, and free private parking is available. Beautifully equipped and cosy apartments, comfortable beds, fully equipped kitchen if you want to make your own food (we however did not use it as food in the hotel restaurant and everywhere else in Bialka is very tasty and at really affordable prices). Very close to the ski lifts. Staff was very friendly and helpful, even not fluently speaking english
