Everything was perfect, we got a room at the reception floor but we asked it to change it because of the noise and they changed it for us immediately and were very kind. All the staff we met during our stay was very helpful and proffesional. The apartment has everything you might need, everything is in great quality and provides a warm cozy feeling. The cherry on the top for us was the wellness which we were lucky to enjoy in private because there were no other guests booked at the same time. 3 saunas, jacuzzi and big resting area for 15€ is amazing deal. We were very pleased with our stay and will definitely love to come again!

Above my usually high expectations! Some technologies are also there like using QR codes for the doors. Netflix and cable tv. Beds were comfortable. Bathroom was big, two sinks, everything was in black color. Also very clean! Communication was super as well!
