The staff was amazing: “Cê” (เจ้) and “Oh” (โอ) were the best, they really know hospitality. If you take the blue bus from Chiang Mai, ask to be dropped at Soi 19 and walk 150meters.

It was a beautiful and private garden setting, a secure gate and we could come and go as we pleased. The room was very neat, tidy and spacious with a very good bathroom and kitchen area. It was quiet and exceeded our expectations. We would recommend this place.
