We had a wonderful stay at Menar Hotel and Suites in Istanbul. The staff were incredibly warm and accommodating, always ready to answer our questions with a smile. While we’ve visited Istanbul several times before, this was the first trip for our friends, and the hospitality made it even more special for them. The views from our suite were breathtaking. Waking up to the sight of the Sea of Marmara and the majestic Sultanahmet Mosque from our balcony was pure magic. It’s those little moments that remind you why Istanbul is such a captivating city. One unexpected highlight? The resident cat, Dede. He completely stole our hearts, easily the sweetest (and most patient!) cat we’ve ever met. He was especially adored by our friends. The complimentary hot beverages in the evenings were a thoughtful touch. After a long day of exploring, coming back to a freshly cleaned room and a warm drink felt like a cozy little ritual. Would I go back? Without hesitation, ABSOLUTELY!

So clean and well equipped. Everything is available for you. Housekeeping is ready everyday to clean your apartment and even change the sheets, exactly like a hotel. 24 hour receiption do your requests fast. They all are so polite and help you kindly. We wanted them to turn on the heating after the weather become cold, it was done earlier than an hour. In addition we arrives very early about 7 a.m., they accept us warmly. Finally we left there with a delicious gift from the man who i forgot to ask his name. Thank you to make our stay a sweet memory.

The breakfast was good. We enjoyed having Turkish breakfast in the garden surrounded by trees, a playful cat and good people. Had a good chat with the staff there, he even suggested places for us to explore in Istanbul. Receptionists were friendly and helpful to the point I think I actually visited a family's place instead of a hotel.

TZL Suites is the perfect location to begin your search. Our Luxury hotel blends current-day modernity with classic elegance. It was the cutest hotel. The aparthotel was perfect for post surgery. Honestly it was surprisingly good.

Great customer service especially receptionists .very receptive. They assisted me with many queries. 2. Lovely rooms and they gave us good view to the city: Çamlıca Mosque, bosphorous bridge and Çamlıca tower. 3. Good area with facilities.

This hotel far exceeded our expectations and was a wonderful stay. It's in a great location for sightseeing, with restaurants, cafes, and supermarkets all nearby. The room was clean and spacious (even better than the photos on the website show) and had all the amenities we needed. The bed was incredibly comfortable. The kitchen and bathroom were also very clean and had plenty of kitchenware and amenities. The hotel staff were extremely friendly and made us feel right at home. We were in Istanbul for 16 days and initially booked this hotel for 6 nights, but ended up extending our stay three times and spending all 16 days at the hotel. We would definitely stay here again on our next trip to Istanbul and highly recommend it.
