What truly made our stay exceptional, however, were the staff. Every interaction we had was positive – they were genuinely kind, attentive, and helpful without ever being intrusive. From the night porter who kindly took care of our scooter, to the receptionist who shared so many great tips about the city, to the barista who started our mornings with delicious coffee (complete with adorable doodles on the cup) – everyone went above and beyond. The shampoo and shower gel smelled amazing — like stepping into a spa — and for a night, it honestly felt like living in a castle hidden in the woods - yes, expect some hidden plants here & there. The host was super easy to communicate with, and the staff were polite, fun, and very accommodating. Oh, and the café downstairs? Dangerously tasty. Already plotting our next “castle” getaway - after this, I don't think I'll stay somewhere else in Hanoi :)
