They helped us with everything from arranging phenomenal massages in our room, day trips, taxi drivers, etc. The entire staff were so friendly and helpful. Keep in mind this is in a remote location. You will need a car, motorbike or taxi to go pretty much anywhere. Great sea water pool that was clean, clear and refreshing. The rooms are a large size exactly like shown in the pictures. We spent two weeks here and thoroughly enjoyed ourselves.
