It has already been a few times that I have come to Kunming. If you're looking for excellent accommodations, try this apartment. I found the room and toilet to be spacious and comfortable. The interior is clean, modern, and stylish, with almost all the necessary equipment. Inside the room, there is a washing machine and an air conditioner. In addition, I have a large screen for watching movies or even KPOP videos. The location is a good fit. Furthermore, finding the location was straightforward and instructions were given beforehand. So that I can easily go there. There are many restaurants that can be reached by walking. Basically, it may be okay. Why? Because it is close to the park and shopping malls, but a bit far from the attractions. However, there is a metro station or you can take a taxi (DIDI) for more convenience. The guards and receptionists were very helpful, as were the hosts, who were truly accommodating. Even though I don't speak fully Chinese, the host answered all my questions via WeChat.

This house truly exceeded my expectations. The location is fantastic, with easy access to both tourist attractions and shopping areas no matter by walking or public transportation. And all the decorations is so good. Hope to stay here again next time

Great service and a handy location made my kunming travel enjoyable. The host is very nice and careful,before arriving the room,she explained everything about the apartment,sending the location and how go to the room clearly. The apartment is very clean and comfortable.The transportation is convenient, there are many localfood downstairs, and  can enjoying the sunset view in the bedroom . The location is very good. The house is well decorated. There is style. Recommended! I will stay there agine next time.

I loved the central location, the view from the flat and its facilities. Only wish it had a bigger table somewhere and chairs ^^ but I didn’t really need them this time.

Our room was very large and super clean and the bed was super comfortable. We loved the room and the view. We stayed one night only to get the train from South Kunming station. Therefore, the location was perfect for us - just 10 min. ride to the station. It is next to a shopping mall, so we had everything we needed (restaurants, shops, etc).

Spacious and luxurious furnishings and fixtures. Fully equipped kitchen, love the bathroom and toilet separated. Bathtub in living area overseeing beautiful skyline of Kunming city from high floor. Big movie like screen with good sound effects. So comfortable and enjoyable living experience. Good location. Big mall on opposite road and metro is less than 200m away.Very convenient coming from airport by metro to hotel. Staff very friendly and helpful. We have night flight and he let us store luggage after check out so we can continue to check out Kunming city. Plenty of food places around. Will stay again next time.

My family and I stayed here for one night. The facilities were very basic and not worth the room fee. The host was exceptionally lovely, which made our stay enjoyable but the apartment itself was dingy and not at all what we were expecting.
