Fantastic location, clean and modern apartment everything you need for self catering. Lovely welcome basket on arrival, sun loungers , table and chairs outside and fantastic hot tub. The hosts were incredibly kind and welcoming – 10/10! The property offers excellent value for money and is in a fantastic location, just a short walk from the beach. Initially, we were a bit skeptical because there weren’t many reviews, but it completely exceeded our expectations. It turned out to be a wonderful stay, and I would highly recommend it to anyone!

We were very happy with the apartment. The apartment was very spacious and clean. The equipment was excellent, and everything was available for cooking and grilling on the terrace. Plenty of towels, comfortable beds, fans in the rooms (air conditioning was not needed at all) and a washing machine. The terrace was excellent, we watched the sunset from there. The apartment has a swimming pool. A huge advantage of the apartment was the garage; parking is a problem on the island, so we didn't have to worry about finding parking. The location of the apartment was great for people who, like us, travelled by car. By car, 5 minutes to the beach or highway. The apartment is as presented in the photos on booking.com. The communication and arrangement with the owner were excellent. We would be happy to return to this apartment in the future.

The apartment was modern, clean and spacious, with a lovely residents-only pool right on the premises and just a short walk from a beautiful sandy beach. One of the outdoor areas overlooks the pool, making it a perfect spot to relax in the evening. The host recommended some great local restaurants, so we got to enjoy authentic Canarian cuisine. Ideal for families, in a very quiet location with plenty of parking. A great experience – highly recommended!

Laly was responsive with my messages and incredibly welcoming . Check out time is 11 am but she was kind enough to let us stay later . The property’s location is very convenient, within walking distance to the beach , supermarket, and bars . It also offers an amazing view of the sea. The property has everything you could need, even a bbq grill . I would definitely come back!

    Nice little studio apartment with a balcony, which was more than adequate for a long weekend. There's on street parking outside and X-Sur shopping centre is within walking distance. The host lives nearby which is useful for checking in and out.
