The location of the apartment is perfect for anyone coming to Balloch by car as it's very central. There is a spot in a dedicated underground parking as well as plenty of on street parking or within a two min walk there is a large public car park. If you are using public transport, you are positioned less than a 5 min walk from the train station or the bus station. The apartment is also situated at a lovely little bridge where you will find options of different well organised boat tours at a reasonable cost. The apartment is also less than a five minute walk to a park as well as a nice walk along the water. When it comes to the local area you have absolutely everything you need no matter the type of group you are with. If you decide to self cater you have great local shops and large coop supermarket with all that you need including fresh amazing local produce at great prices. You also have all sorts of takeaway shops on offer in the local area. If you prefer to eat out, you have so much choice on offer and many different types of restaurants, pubs, bars and cafes with inside and outside seating suitable for a visit any time of the year all within walking distance. The best part is that you won't want to leave the gorgeous, spacious apartment. Wow! You could not want for more. Christine has created a home away from home and more. The decor and amenities are just what you would hope for in a holiday let. You even have your own large balcony with a bbq. Absolutely everything provided (including milk in the fridge :-) is carefully considered to make your holiday perfect and everything is of high quality, well-maintained and spotless. Everything is well explained around the apartment and if needed Christine offers to be available if from the booking right through to the end of your stay. Christine has very thoughtfully put together a manual to support with information for the apartment and the local area.

We had a lovely stay in this hidden gem. Beautiful apartment on the river with a lovely view. Spotlessly clean, cosy and well equipped.     We loved our stay here! The apartment was spotlessly clean and looked modern and quite newly refurbished. Beds were comfortable. The lounge area was really useful and the apartment was really well equipped, especially the kitchen! Tea and coffee available, cleaning products, even some basic condiments. Parking was right outside and we had a good chat to the folks from the flat above who were really friendly! We’d definitely come back here.

    Apartment is like going home from home. It has everything you could possibly need for a self catering break. It’s comfortable, clean, close to local attraction’s, quiet and very cosy. The main double bed is also super comfortable and there’s loads of storage for clothes.

    This property is like home from home (apart from the fact I don’t live in a beautiful penthouse apartment). There is everything you need for a very comfortable stay from teabags to toiletries. The host is superb and when we had a bit of a personal hiccup she was on hand to help at her earliest opportunity.
