It's a new construction, we could tell we were possibly among the first guests in the apartment. Everything looks and smells brand new and clean. The apartment is spacious and well organized. I can't overstate the importance of mosquito nets being installed and working well at all openings (windows and the balcony doors). The bathroom is a design feat. Bedding is first class, soundproofing is excellent and the air conditioning works perfectly, so we regularly had some really good sleep there. I should stress there are two elevators at each side of the building, which we found very helpful as my wife had some recent knee injury. The property is meticulously maintained, the rooms are made daily and the towels and sheets changed every two or three days (can't tell precisely, as they always seemed clean to me). The evening before our departure, and just as we finished packing, the owner knocked at the door with a chilled bottle of a Greek white wine, boy, what a perfect ending for the overall very relaxing stay.

A wonderful facility located very close to Ormos Panagias, right at the beginning of Sithonia, tastefully decorated and very modern. We stayed in a Junior Suite villa with a pool, which was comfortable and relaxing. The terrace and pool had a very stylish appearance. Besides the physical beauty of the facility, I would like to thank the wonderful staff who greeted us upon arrival, offered us a welcome drink, shared information about the local taverns, beaches, and coves, and attended to our every question. I must also mention the wonderful breakfast served to our room every morning. If I come to the area again, it will definitely be my choice again. I absolutely recommend it and thank you very much for everything.

It was super clean. Every two days we had new towels and linen. Place was a bit small but comfy. We had everything that we needed and beautiful sea view. Place is 5 minutes walk from city center, and the great thing is that you can find parking for your car. We would recomend staying at Casa di Estella.

The room is very comfortable and newly furnished. The location is excellent—just 30 meters from the sea and very close to all the tavernas and bars. No need to worry about noise, as the rooms face the garden and are very quiet. Most importantly, you will have Konstantina, who takes care of everything. Very beautifully designed rooms, comfortable, clean and quiet! Staff are excellent and they make your stay more pleasant! I was joining my brother’s family for a couple of days! I didn’t find accommodation at the same hotel so i had to find an alternative! I did the perfect choice. My only regret is I was out all day every day ☺️ and I could only enjoy my apartment late in the evenings! You will need a car at this part of Greece to be able to get around, go out to eat in restaurants and shop! Beaches nearby are crystal clear.

Even though we arrived before check-in time, the owner met us and offered us a seat in the great garden, full of fruit trees, until the place was ready. He also came with a platter of sliced watermelon, which we loved after the drive to the hotel. The apartment was clean, comfortable and well decorated. The kitchen was fully equipped, and the internet was fast. We had two balconies, the back facing olive trees. The place is peaceful and close to Nikiti town, with shops and restaurants. Thank you for a great stay.
