The location was perfect. Easy 5 min walk to town and wonderful swimming spot on 20 meters from the apartment. Amazing views of the garden, sea and distant mountains. The apartment had everything you need for a great stay- fridge/kettle etc.. sheets, towels & toiletries can be changed as you like. The owner attentive and available as you need. Check in easy with him. Excellent value for money.

This property was newly renovated so in mint condition. Elegantly appointed and having laundry facilities is a bonus. Staff extremely helpful and friendly. Location excellent. So close to best part of Kalamata beach. Great association with beachside restaurant and bar Anasha. It’s all you need to have a fabulous holiday in Kalamata! The owner, Yiorgos was extremely hospitableable and generous. Thankyou

    Everything! 😀 Sylvia, the host, gave us recommendations for surroundings, car rental, and bus schedule. I enjoyed the fresh figs the host left for us in the fridge. The apartment is cosy, close to city center within a walking distance. For us, it was perfect due to its kitchenette where we prepared breakfast. Petalidi is a small town with few foreign tourists, but vivid, especially during the night when locals go out. I loved the local flavour.

    Family friendly, no need to take the car for groceries shopping. The beach within few minutes walk. Full comfort flat, we enjoyed making our cold coffee every morning. Very nice host, full of attention and good advice. We will come back !

    Absolute gem of a place with high end furniture and minimalistic decor. The studio is very well equipped and it seriously has everything you need for a comfortable stay. We loved the fact that water filter was installed on the tap allowing easy bottle refill, and we totally enjoyed our morning coffee from Nespresso machine. This apartment is full of lovely touches, including bath robes and sleepers. Easy check in and check out. We wish we could stay longer.
