The apartment is very clean and newly furnished. Everything is functioning properly. The location is right in front of the Castle and with much less traffic and chaos than city centre. With 5-10 mins walking you can arrive the fish market and the cathedral and all the restaurants. The hosts are very nice, they respond quickly and willing to give information. The restaurant they recommended was really nice and I appreciated it. If I will come back to Catania I will certainly come back to this apartment!

It is an excellent home that's very clean and spacious - the appliances are new and the house is very well renovated, making it an ideal place to stay. The communication between the host is exceptional, I received responses in under 10 minutes every time. The free breakfast in the bar opposite the house was amazing, some of the best pastries I have ever had. Local shop is a 2 minute walk away (the Deco superstore) and the pizza place right next to it is also amazing. Busses are only 1 EUR making them an ideal way to travel around to different beaches/Taormina, etc (If you are going to visit Etnaland - highly recommended - you will need a taxi). Location of the house is around 25 min to the centre on foot - I would definitely recommend this to anyone wanting to travel to Catania.

This is very likely the BEST place I've ever stayed! It's rare to get a great place AND a great Host but I just did! The place is very well designed, artistically decorated, and well cared for, and when you meet the Host you understand why... Santo, the owner, has his own art on the walls and shared how his son designed the home... Santo was very kind and incredibly helpful, without a doubt going above and beyond to make sure we had a nice stay... You won't just be happy you stayed here... you won't want to leave ;-)
